Property Amenities
Put your stake in the ground… Your feet in the water… And Relax.
You may decide to put your hammock up before you build your dream house. Or cast your fishing line while the rest of the family heads to the fairways. Whatever you decide, there’s one thing we know for sure. You’ll never run out of things to do in our community!
We may call our property a freshwater playground, but Boating Magazine took it a step further and said that Black Warrior River is one of America's best kept secrets for recreational boating. To provide our land owners a bit more privacy when they are water skiing, swimming and boating, sections of the bay are protected from general lake traffic. It’s also a perfect area to fish for the best Bass, Catfish and Bream around!
Alabama, also known as the “River State,” contains more miles of navigable waterways than any other state. As a result, Black Warrior Bay residents enjoy Gulf of Mexico boat access by way of the Tombigbee River, just 20 miles away. In addition to the community’s designated recreational areas, land on the perimeter islands will be available for camping, water recreation and walking.
Exploring the central Alabama wildlife, and the expansive woodlands is an activity all its own. Outdoor sportsman will have the opportunity to hunt deer and wild turkey in the area, while nature lovers will appreciate our wildflowers, grasslands, and some of the best sunsets in the south.
For the golf enthusiast, there’s dozens of golf courses in the area - including the world-class Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail - one of largest collections of fairways ever designed.

The first generation of Black Warrior Bay land owners will be particularly fortunate. In addition to having the first opportunity to select the finest homesites in the community, they'll be able to purchase their lots at special pre-construction prices!
